Sugaring NYC - Springdale

I love this place! I’ve been coming for over a year and a half now. Madison is the best! I’ve not gone to anyone but her by choice. She’s so friendly and really made me feel comfortable about the process. Every time I go in she remembers what we talked about. It’s like catching up with a good friend. I won’t go to anyone else, but I’m sure the other girls are awesome too.

I honestly would give 0 to Diandra if I could. I never like to write reviews when I go places but I’m writing this because I don’t want any other customer from this place go through the same experience I did today. I booked an appoiment to do my eyebrows, just a clean up. Diandra was the person who helped me and God I regret it so much. She literally destroyed my eyebrows. As she was doing my eyebrows I asked her if it wasn’t hard to do eyebrows with the sugar and she told me “No its not hard for me, some other girls used the stick but I don’t like it so I used my fingers and my firgers are small, so that works.” I honestly didn’t think of anything weird because I’ve been to this place to do the brazilian with Madisson and she is awesome; but Diandra in the other hand doesn’t know how to do eyebrows so its not the place is the person. I’m leaving you pictures of how she cut off the tail of my eyebrow. Like why??? It was just a clean up. And how she went that bad to take all of my hairs out from the end?? She was even telling me to take more hair out to fix it?? Like really?? Who in their head will think taking more hairs out will fix the damage?? Noooo. The problem right here is Diandra took off more hair than what she should. Can she put it back?? No. Then she can’t fix the problem. Now, it’s going to take me a long a very long time to grow back my hair and I will have to makeup my eyebrows to make it look not so bad. Just people please, don’t book with her for eyebrows. It’s literally the worst experience I have to go through. Never in my life I imagined this. I know it’s not the place because I love my brazilians with Madisson or Amy but please don’t let Diandra do eyebrows services no more. She doesn’t know how to do eyebrows. Just look at the pictures.

Wow! What a great experience. Went in for my very first Brazilian and Autumn did an amazing job! Not only did she talk to me about all the procedures and the after care but she made me feel very comfortable and did the job fast. 10/10 recommend. All the employees were lovely as well and the salon is beautiful!!

Mackenzie is absolutely the best!! She remembers me every time I come in and even gave me a Xmas thank you card! I enjoy going to see her when I go in and catch up on our conversations from previous visits :D

McKenzie always does such a great job for all my waxing needs. I always feel very little to no pain. She’s very personable and super professional.
